6.6 Notwithstanding clause 6.5, this contract may be terminated: therefore, if both parties have performance obligations (i.e. performance consideration) of a contract, an agreement to discharge each other from the subsequent performance is usually a new consideration. Termination of a contract involves legally terminating the contract before both parties have fulfilled their obligations under the contractual conditions. There are many reasons why a party can terminate a contract. When and how the contract is terminated, determines whether one of the parties is responsible for the breach of the contract before its termination.
